About the Festival
The World Youth Festival was the largest youth event in the world that was held by the Decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The Festival hosted 20,000 young Russian and foreigners in such fields as business, media, international cooperation, culture, science, education, volunteering and charity, sports and various areas of public life. Teenagers representing children’s organizations and associations joined the Festival as well.
The major achievements of this festival is to grow the teenagers in new friendships and mutual enrichment of various national cultures and traditions.

Festival participants.
According to organizers, 20,000 people and more than 190 countries take part in it: Russian and foreign participants from the fields of business, media, international cooperation, culture, volunteering and charity, sport, different spheres of life.
According to the head of Rosmolodezhi Ksenia Razuvaeva among the participants will be students, young professionals, entrepreneurs, leaders of non-profit organizations, diplomats, athletes and cultural figures.It was proposed to expand the age of the Festival participants.
Festival goals
The purpose of the festival is to create a platform for networking between young people all over the planet. The International Youth Festival will become the capital of the future just world, where respect for each other, values and culture of various countries and peoples is at the forefront.

The program of the World Youth Festival will be based on the values of unity, equality, justice, mutual assistance, teamwork and charity.
